FTF SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

Please help us keep everyone safe by following the below safety protocols. Thank you!

  1. Upon arrival to the gym, please do not crowd the front desk. Our Coaches will unlock and invite you into the studio when we are ready to start your session. Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start of the session.

  2. Please bring with you a filled water bottle, sweat towel, and yoga mat.

  3. Prior to entering the studio, please make sure you have reserved and checked into your session from your zen planner app.

  4. After entering the studio, please put your belongings into the cubbies and head to foam rollers to stretch and foam roll.

  5. If you need any modified equipment, do not retrieve it yourself. Please notify your Coach and they will be happy to assist you.

  6. We will keep the studio well ventilated by opening the doors when appropriate.

  7. Restrooms will be for emergencies only. We want to minimize the number of touchpoints as possible and make sure all areas are disinfected. If it is an emergency and you need to use the restroom during your session, please observe the sanitation guidelines found inside the restroom. It is important that all surfaces touched are wiped down with the provided cleaning materials. If the restroom is in use, please wait in your training area until the restroom is available.

  8. At the conclusion of your session, coaches will spray everything down. Please help wipe your equipment once finished. Before leaving our studio please hand sanitize at the front desk.

  9. Our team has a comprehensive sanitizing protocol that is followed after each session and at the end of each day.

SESSION TIMES AND CLEANING

Sessions will begin on time, and anyone that arrives after the doors are closed will not be allowed entry to our strict check-in process that needs to be upheld for everyone’s safety.

Session times may be adjusted depending on the total number of clients to be trained and a number of clients permitted (based on state regulation) in the studio at one time.

Because of the limited number of clients that will be allowed in at one time, we are implementing the following procedures:

How to reserve your sessions and cancel your reservations

  1. It will be essential that you book your workout session 7 days in advance to guarantee a spot in the workout.

  2. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class and through the Zenplanner app.  No shows will incur a $10 no-show fee. Our staff is not responsible for canceling reservations, so please plan accordingly to cancel reservations if you can not make them.

Each session will remain 30 minutes in duration. Following the conclusion of each session, the Coaches will follow the post-session cleaning protocol (below) and thoroughly sanitize each station, all equipment used during the session, the restroom and all surfaces using the CDC recommended cleaning solution.  Here’s an example:

Session Time: 6:00 am – 6:30 am

Clean and Sanitize: 6:30 am – 7:00 am

Our coaches and the team will be washing their hands when they arrive and leave for at LEAST 20 seconds, and also throughout the day after each class or coaching session.

At the conclusion of each day, a thorough deep cleaning will take place of the interior space. All equipment, surfaces, and restroom(s) will be cleaned and sanitized. See “End of Day Cleaning Protocol” below.

For those that feel safer at home, and on days you are not scheduled to work out in person, please choose one of our many AT HOME WORKOUT options in the IFITCLIENTS APP. Here is the video on how to find your workouts CLICK HERE

POST-SESSION PROTOCOL

At the conclusion of each session, the Coaches will prop open the exit doors so you do not have to touch them.

Once all of our members have left, we will complete the following:

  1. Restroom – Clean all surfaces, handles, and any other area that may have been touched while using the restroom.

  2. Gym surfaces –  Wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant.

  3. Vacuum – Spray the floor with disinfectant and vacuum.

  4. Disinfect equipment & Mats – Using disinfectant spray and a clean rag, thoroughly wipe down each piece of equipment at the client workout stations.

END-OF-DAY CLEANING PROTOCOL

Cleaning at the end of the day will include all of the Post Session Protocol, as well as deep cleaning of the entire gym. This includes regular cleaning of doorknobs, handrails, front desk area, and any other surfaces or objects (ex. pens) that are touched throughout the day.

FTF CLIENT PREVENTION

We are in this together, and we need YOUR help as we reopen to keep our studio as safe as possible.

  1. Air High-Fives and Woohooooos!! As much as we LOVE high-fives in the studio, if you are not comfortable with high fives feel free to do air-high-fives for the time being fist bumps or screaming with excitement lol.

  2. Hand Sanitizing: Please use sanitizer (provided to you by the Coaches) BEFORE and AFTER your workout.

  3. Keeping Equipment Clean: The equipment will be disinfected after each session by the coaches, and deep cleaned each evening by the cleaning staff.

  4. Please Stay Home If You’re Not Well: If you’re not feeling 100%, please stay home and rest or participate in the AT HOME WORKOUTS found in your IFITCLIENTS APP until you are feeling better. (Our team will also be following this policy!)

Please know the above may change slightly if government recommendations change. Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate through the reopening.

We can not WAIT to see you again back in the studio!  As always, we’re here for you. If you have any questions or need anything, reach out any time.

Committed to Your Success,

– FTF COACHES #FTFStrong
